You will receive an email requesting additional information to confirm an Inventory or other Inspection. Replying to this email will confirm your booking.
Please upload any previous Reports using the property address as the title. (PDF files. Property address with no spaces as title)
Invoices will be raised for the date of your service.
Should we attend an agency to pick up keys but find the keys are not available as arranged, or if we cannot gain access at the property for whatever reason, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
Property visits cancelled by bookers within 24 hours of attendance will incur a 25% cancellation fee which will be applied at our discretion.
If free parking, or reasonably priced parking, is not available within 5 minutes walking distance of the property and our assessor is obliged to use high rate parking meters, we reserve the right to charge for parking at cost.
