Company Policies

Terms of Payment

Terms of Payment will be negotiated with each Client to provide a sensible working arrangement for promptest payment.

Our standard terms are payment within 7 days of inspection.

At our discretion, a charge of 5% per month will be made for late payments.

Combined bookings, consisting of a Check Out plus Inventory in the same property, will be Invoiced at the relevant discount price on one Invoice dated for the second Inspection.

Invoices will be sent for all work prior to the Invoice date to enable you to arrange faster payments.

Invoices for domestic cleaning services need to be paid prior to the date of the clean.

At our discretion: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking incur a 50% fee. Re-scheduling an order within 24 hours incurs a 25% fee.

Should free parking not be available in an area we reserve the right to charge for parking at cost to cover the parking charges.

Congestion charges will be added to the Invoice for those areas it applies to.

Our price list reflects standard property sizes as listed below.

STUDIO
A living area, kitchen and bathroom.

1 BEDROOM
A living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

2 BEDROOM
A living area, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC and 2 bedrooms.

3 BEDROOM
A living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, en-suite and 3 bedrooms.

4 BEDROOM
A living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, separate WC, 2 en-suites and 4 bedrooms.

5 BEDROOM
A living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, separate WC, 2 en-suites and 5 bedrooms.

Prices allow for 1 or 2 garages, a garden shed and greenhouse.

A fee for Garden Rooms/Offices and rooms extra to the above will be charged at our discretion. Any excess room charges will be agreed before inspection. Extra rooms not declared on the booking form might be charged for.
