How an inventory works
From an Empty Room to a Finished Report
Some inventories are just typed lists with no photos. Ours are detailed, photographed room by room, with every photo dated and timestamped, and every report is kept on file.
Check-in
We meet the tenant at the property, take the meter readings and hand over the keys.
Mid-term
Condition and maintenance during the tenancy, including damp and a test of the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Check-out
Condition and cleanliness are compared with the original inventory, along with the meter readings, so you can see what has changed since the check-in.
