Our Story

Founded by Property Professionals

Founded by Cosmina and John — two professionals with a shared drive to elevate the standards of property support services. After three years with one of the UK's major estate agency groups, they launched S2F in 2024.

Built on attention to detail, trustworthiness, and a clerk-first culture, S2F has quickly expanded to Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Reading and Bournemouth — with plans for fire safety services, health & safety reports, and property staging on the horizon.
